PATIENT FAQS

All appointments are booked through our online booking system. It’s quick, secure, and makes sure we have everything ready for you when you arrive.

The easiest way to reach us is by email: [email protected].

  • We check emails regularly and forward them to the right person.
  • Our team doesn’t usually work weekends. Aftercare support is always available, but non-urgent questions will be answered once we’re back in clinic.
  • Please allow up to 5 working days for a reply before following up.

We are inside Walton Street Wellness, 104 Walton Street, Oxford, OX2 6EB (next to Manos Deli and Mama Mia Pizzeria).

  • Look for the green front with plants in the window.
  • Press the big intercom button to be let in – if we’re with another patient, it may take a moment.
  • Once inside, you’re welcome to take a seat in the waiting area while we finish and clean down between appointments.
  • There’s a bathroom available on the lower ground floor.

Parking nearby can be limited or expensive.

  • The Parkopedia app is handy for finding local free spots.
  • Walton Well Road car park is the closest, though it’s not well lit in the evenings.
  • St Giles car park is around a 7-minute walk.
  • Walking from Oxford city centre takes about 12 minutes through Jericho, with its cafés, shops, and cinema.

Please allow enough time for travel. If you arrive more than a few minutes late, we may not be able to fit you in.

You can reschedule your appointment online through your Phorest booking account or via the link in your booking confirmation.

Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to make a change.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in your deposit being retained, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
  • Missed appointments without notice will result in the deposit being retained and may require an additional fee before rebooking.
  • If you’re unwell, please don’t attend your appointment. Just email us as soon as you can and we’ll help make alternative arrangements.

Yes. You’re welcome to bring a friend or family member along, or request a chaperone for your appointment. Please let us know in advance if you’d like this arranged.

We’ll give you any pre-treatment guidance at your consultation or before your treatment.

  • Aftercare instructions will be explained in clinic and emailed to you afterwards.
  • If you don’t receive them, or need urgent advice, please email [email protected].

Your consultation is a dedicated appointment where we take a full history, assess your skin, and create a personalised plan. The fee reflects this time and expertise, so it isn’t redeemable against treatment. Even if you choose not to go ahead, you’ll leave with clear advice and recommendations tailored to you.
