I always feel listened to and can always rely on them to let me know if they don’t think something will help me (which can be quite rare in the world of upselling!!). I’ve been to Emily for both my microneedling and laser hair removal sessions and it’s the best decision I’ve made in terms of my skin and overall happiness. Both treatments can seem quite scary but Emily always makes me feel comfortable and aware of what she’s doing, with aftercare always provided. I’ll be back soon for my top-up sessions!! 🙂
