I wanted to tell you a little about who I am, as I feel that knowing and trusting your practitioner is so important. I know it can be a big decision to have aesthetic treatments and many people have considered it for a while. I hope that by reading this you can get an idea of whether I am the right person for you.
I take immense pride in providing the absolute best care and service that I can. I strive to make sure any treatment you have from me is effective, safe and done with proper care and attention. As with any aesthetic treatments, there can be risks, but I make sure that you are fully informed about each treatment, that you consent to it and that I give you the proper aftercare to try to minimise the risks.
I do not rush my clients or my treatments-I like to give people the time to have all the information they need about the service and to ask all the questions they need to. I believe that consultations are incredibly important and part of the treatment, as are follow ups. For this reason, consultations are not charged.
With my background as a nurse, I always have your wellbeing in mind and pride myself on working ethically. If I do not feel that the treatment you have asked for will give you very good results, I will let you know and make some alternative suggestions if I can.
I always try to achieve natural results and every treatment that I offer are ones that I believe in, that have sound evidence base and that I know provide good results. Whilst each person is an individual, and results can never guaranteed, using ones that are clinically researched makes me happy to put them on my treatment list.
I love receiving referrals from my clients-for me this is the ultimate compliment and I am happy to say many clients refer people to me. My website and social media are a good place for you to look at and gain more information before coming to see me, but the best advert (in my opinion), is if you have seen the results on someone you know and come to me that way. Please feel free to read my reviews on Google and if you have been a client, please do let me know what you thought-it means such a lot!
I am constantly learning and developing, as a wife and mother, as a nurse and as a business owner. Life is full and busy and I’m loving it.
I have great plans for the future and what I love is how big a part of this my lovely clients feel. They quite often tell me how much they are enjoying seeing my work, how proud they are to see me doing well and that they love reading my posts or blogs and getting little hints and tips. A massive thank you to you all!
If, after reading this, you would like to meet up to discuss your needs and wants, please do! I am happy to help and advise in any way I can.

In case you would like more details of how I got into aesthetics. I have always loved learning new things and have always cared about helping others, even from a very young age. I qualified as a nurse in 2004 and have worked mainly in critical care, eventually becoming the Lead Nurse for Education in my department, which was in a very busy teaching hospital. I have also always loved teaching others, so as part of my master’s degree, I also gained a teaching qualification. I have worked as a lecturer in several universities, both nationally and internationally and continue to do this alongside my aesthetics. I recently took the decision to drop my NHS working days down to just one day a week, so I can focus on FaceOxford. I came into aesthetic nursing after a friend suggested it to me. I was not sure at first, as it was very different from my previous work, however I was looking for a way to be able to work more flexibly around my family. As soon as I started in this field, though, it absolutely felt right. I love helping people and sometimes helping them to look and feel their best can make a huge difference to their confidence and even to their mental and emotional wellbeing. I believe in using my knowledge and skills from nursing, together with my artistic flair and an eye for detail, to try and create natural, yet beautiful results.
